Jennifer is a Partner in Mercer’s Washington DC Career practice, specializing in executive compensation and broad-based employee pay. With 17+ years of experience, she works with clients in a broad range of industries, including but not limited to aerospace and defense, government contracting, high technology and financial services. She is also well versed with the unique compensation issues facing tax-exempt organizations (TEOs), such as international nongovernmental organizations, quasi-governmental regulatory bodies, and not-for-profit companies. 

Jennifer's responsibilities include:

Assisting organizations in designing compensation philosophies and total rewards strategies that are aligned with their business strategy; 
Designing executive, director, broad-based, and international employee total compensation systems that support organizations’ business strategy; 

  • Developing short- and long-term incentive programs that align executive and employee performance with organizational goals;
  • Designing career framework and talent management tools; and
  • Evaluating pay competitiveness, including valuing all aspects of compensation relative to peer companies and peer performance
  • Providing corporate governance advice including say on pay support and review of proxy advisor reports.
  • Providing expert-witness support in regulatory proceedings (e.g., DCAA audits) and lawsuits concerning compensation issues
