Are you looking to become more productive? More efficient? More focused? Come and find out the power behind mindfulness. As a leader it is becoming critical to be able to become more aware and present - especially in our multi-tasking society. Come and learn the science and benefits behind mindfulness, multiple ways to practice becoming more mindful, and a couple of tools to take back home with you. This is an introduction to mindfulness for leaders that you won't want to miss. The program benefits for a seasoned HR Practitioner are to show the benefits of mindfulness, show the business case for mindfulness, and present some tools and techniques to practice mindfulness. Learning a mindfulness practice to begin to practice on their own.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand the science and benefits of mindfulness
  2. Understand the business case and other organizations/companies who have used mindfulness
  3. Practice a couple of mindfulness tools
