PROGRAM INFORMATION

‼️ This program has been approved for 1.5 HRCI and SHRM credits.

As HR Professionals, what are the best practices for hiring and engaging Millennials (who now make up over 50% of our workforce) and the new Generation Z? This presentation demonstrates how a systems approach-- utilizing the three important building blocks of mindset, dialogue, and HR infrastructures—is necessary in designing a coaching culture that captures these populations. Supporting tools for recruitment, performance management, total pay, and development are shared, as are the use of concrete measures to gain credibility and demonstrate results.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand and then plan for the kind of HR support needed to hire and engage Millennials and Generation Z.
  2. Design an approach for utilizing the three building blocks of mindset, dialogue, and HR infrastructures to build a culture for Millennials and Generation Z.
  3. Take given job aids and tips to gain support and then develop, implement, and measure the success of HR structures that lead to individual, team, and organizational success.
