ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Doug Lwin, CCP, CBP, GRP

Doug has more than 25 years’ experience successfully helping Fortune 100 and 200 companies navigate the challenges of compensation management. Over the years he has worked on all aspects of Compensation at small US organizations to very large global corporations and in various industries. Most recently, he was recently at AECOM in Los Angeles where he was the Corporate VP of Global Compensation leading a team of compensation professionals responsible for the design, execution and administration for over 70 thousand employees. Prior to that, he was at Lockheed Martin as the Broad-Based Corporate Compensation Director where he was responsible for enterprise-wide Broad Base Compensation management of the corporation (over 120K employees) and provides thought leadership in compensation philosophy, strategy and policy for the corporation. He was in the financial industry for over 20 years working at American Capital, FBR, and FINRA (formerly NASD). Over the years, Doug has been involved with a number of national and local professional organizations. He was a past two-term President of the chapter and Vice President of Surveys for the Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association (WACABA, a local chapter of World at Work). He was also on the Board of the Human Resources Association of the National Capital Area (DC SHRM) for several years where he oversaw the annual compensation survey and began the benefits survey for the organization. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and has and MBA from Johns Hopkins University. He is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and a certified Global Remuneration professional (GRP).

 

Freddi Donner

Freddie Donner is a seasoned executive coach specializing in the power of communication and interpersonal skills to achieve professional growth and business development goals. Freddi founded Business Stamina in 2004 after more than two decades as a corporate marketing executive and successful entrepreneur. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation and is an accredited practitioner of NLP, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Intelligence, LAB profile, and an Authorized Facilitator of Team Coaching International. A thought leader on leadership skills, communication styles, stress management, teamwork and related subjects, Freddi provides team, group (live and online) and individual coaching for private companies, government agencies, and associations. Most of her clients are technical experts who want to learn to connect better with a variety of personality types for the sake of being a more profound leader.


Dr. Scott Mondore

Dr. Scott Mondore is a predictive analytics expert, technology innovator, best-selling author and speaker with over 20 years of experience in the areas of HR technology, analytics, strategy, talent management, measurement, organizational development and customer experience. Scott is a pioneer in developing the new way for HR to approach surveys and assessments: moving from a focus on the outcomes of surveys to utilizing surveys and assessments to impact business outcomes. He is the co-author of three books. “Investing in What Matters: Linking Employees to Business Outcomes” (SHRM, 2009) and “Business-Focused HR: 11 Processes to Drive Results” (SHRM, 2011), have both been Top 10 SHRM best-sellers for multiple years and the latest “Predicting Business Success: Using Smarter Analytics to Drive Results” (SHRM, 2018). Recognized for his unique opinion and deep expertise, he was a recipient of the Walker Award for ‘best advances in state-of-the-art HR practice’ and is called upon frequently to speak. He has also published numerous articles in prestigious business and psychology journals in the areas of leadership effectiveness, employee litigation, assessments and employee safety. Scott holds a master’s degree and doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia.


Scott Lesnick

Scott Lesnick is a high content international keynote speaker who is motivational, instructional and educational in style and tone. He presents powerful keynotes and interactive breakout sessions and is a consultant and author. Also, Scott earned his CSP- Certified Speaking Professional from the National Speakers Association.
