Program Details:

This Webinar will focus on common HR data and systems and how HR professionals can best integrate and analyze this data to drive improvement in their organization. Topics will include: common HRIS systems, common HRIS data, integrating disparate data sources, conducting analyses with HR data, dashboards, common analysis challenges and pitfalls.


Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify current trends in HRIS systems. 
  2. Identify current trends in HR data analytics.  
  3. Use HR data analytics to drive organizational transformation. 

 

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Nathan Bailey

Dr. Bailey has more than 16 years of professional experience related to project and program management and technology implementation. Dr. Bailey has led HR technology and transformation initiatives in the corporate, academic, and Government sectors, and worked with several agencies including the Department of Labor (DOL), the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), and the Department of Energy (DOE) to evaluate and deploy new enterprise HR IT systems. Dr. Bailey has a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Mr. Waymouth joined Federal Management Partners, Inc. (FMP) in 2009. Since joining FMP,  Mr. Waymouth has focused on the areas of data analytics, database development, workforce planning, and workload modeling. Through his client work, Mr. Waymouth has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to integrate disparate quantitative and qualitative data sources into consolidated databases and tools that allow for his clients to better understand and use their data to inform strategic decision-making. His talent for unifying and leveraging various client data sources has allowed for him to facilitate a wide range of impactful changes for clients, from streamlining agency hiring processes based on employee time report data to developing a worldwide Foreign Service Officer staff allocation plan based on country developmental factors.
