In this session, Myriam Michaels from Korn Ferry will walk us through how to properly design a compensation structure that will support employee mobility throughout your organization. Creating a flexible structure will enable your employees to move more freely to various working groups, maximizing your ability to get the most out of your workforce while retaining key employees interested in various jobs within your organization.

Myriam Michaels has over twenty-five years of experience in human resources consulting. Ms. Michaels provides consulting services to public and private sector organizations, including performance management, compensation and benefits studies, survey research, classification audits, customized market surveys, and complex analytical studies. She has consulted in the area of market research, job evaluation, and manipulation and analysis of compensation data.

Myriam has considerable experience assisting clients in the area of job evaluation, job classification and compensation design. Ms. Michaels has also helped many clients successfully complete organizational improvement initiatives related to performance management, compensation, and classification.

Myriam received her Bachelor's of Arts degree in Spanish and attended the University of Maryland. Ms. Michaels is fluent in Spanish. She is a member of WorldatWork. (Formerly American Compensation Association) and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Parking

Parking is readily available in EBCA’s parking lot in front of the 1410 building. If there is no parking in the circle or around the building, there is additional underground parking towards the rear of the building.

Please park next to the “1410, B1” entrance avoiding reserved spots and proceed to level “*1."

To get to the EBCA conference room, you’ll enter through the side door next to the elevator that will be open.
