Kathleen Smith, MBA, Chief Marketing Officer for CyberSecJobs.Com and ClearedJobs.Net

Kathleen Smith has coached thousands of job seekers and employers to achieve the mutual goal of employment. Kathleen presents at several conferences each year on recruiting and job search. Some of the conferences she has presented at as a sole presenter or moderator include BSidesLV, BSidesTampa, BSidesSATX, DerbyCon, CircleCityCon, FedCyber, and CyberSecureGov. Kathleen is Director of HireGround, BSidesLV’s two-day career track. Kathleen is well respected within the recruiting community and is the co-founder and Past President of recruitDC.

Sean Gillispie, MBA, Head of Product Management at Culture IQ

At CultureIQ, we strive to help customers transform culture into a competitive advantage. Sean oversees the prioritization and design of CultureIQ's research-backed platform and flexible survey technology. He leads a team of product managers and designers who work with CultureIQ customers to identify the right technology to build and when to build it, to design great products, and to help make sure customers get the most value out of the products.

Sean came to CultureIQ after its merger with CEB, Gartner’s Workforce Surveys and Analytics business, where he served as Director of Product Management, leading the development of the Pulse survey platform from launch through successful adoption by over 100 customers.

Prior to his role at CEB and Gartner, Sean served as Director of Strategic Programs for Social Solutions Global, a leading SaaS provider for non-profits and government organizations to track and manage human services programs.

Sean began his career at IBM Global Business Services where he rose to Senior Managing Consultant, overseeing the delivery of complex programs to build software applications and IT projects for clients such as the FDIC. One of his first clients included the US Office of Personnel Management, where he helped define HR business processes across the federal civilian workforce.

A successful entrepreneur, Sean co-founded Stratasense LLC, a solar testing instrumentation company. He helped build the business from idea to successful exit in 2018 with a sale to GroundWork Renewables.

Sean holds an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Williams College. Sean lives in Bethesda, MD and makes it to as many DC United games as he can.

Tim Strike, VP of Talent Acquisition at MicroTech

Tim has 29 years of talent acquisition experience, with 20 of the years in the GOVCON (government contracting) industry. Tim oversees talent acquisition, human resources, and marketing support for MicroTech. He has three children and lives in Vienna, VA.
