SIG Co-Leader: Employee Relations & Engagement SIG

NOVA SHRM is currently recruiting for a co-leader to help lead our Employee Relations & Engagement Special Interest Group (SIG). As SIG Co-Leader, you will be responsible for planning and hosting quarterly events related to the field of talent acquisition and management. Activities include:  

  • Identifying timely topics for the SIG
  • Finding, interviewing and securing speakers for events
  • Coordinating event logistics including space, refreshments and delivering opening and closing remarks at events
  • Marketing events and promoting the NOVA SHRM organization

Estimated Time Commitment: 10 hours during event month; less during non-event months

This position requires strong organizational and event planning skills; as well as professional presence and communication skills. Experience in talent acquisition and management preferred; public speaking experience is a plus.

NOVA SHRM is currently recruiting for a co-leader to help lead our Talent Acquisition & Management (TAM) Special Interest Group (SIG). As SIG Co-Leader, you will be responsible for planning and hosting quarterly events related to the field of talent acquisition and management. Activities include:  

  • Identifying timely topics for the SIG
  • Finding, interviewing and securing speakers for events
  • Coordinating event logistics including space, refreshments and delivering opening and closing remarks at events
  • Marketing events and promoting the NOVA SHRM organization
