The spread of the Coronavirus is everywhere in the news, which can be stressful if you are monitoring developments on a daily or hourly basis. Maintaining a healthy perspective and taking care of yourself, both mentally and physically, goes a long way to increase your resiliency against COVID-19.

As we continue to learn more about the Coronavirus, we want to equip our local chapter community with the tools to respond in a healthy and productive way!

If you a National SHRM member, the webcast hosted last week on the COVID-19 was very beneficial for HR professionals. Be sure to take some time to watch it!

Additional resources include:

SHRM is holding another live webcast on Tuesday, March 10th, at 11 AM EST, titled A SHRM/CDC Update: How Business, Workers, and Workplaces Should Respond to COVID-19

If there are other resources you have found useful about COVID-19, that could benefit our local chapter, please send them to Sharifa Gomez directly.
